    Query. I just got an Xbox One S bundle with codes for NBA 2K19 and the Xbox Game Pass. I have no desire to use either. Could a friend use the codes on their machine or are they tied to my console somehow? Thanks for any info.

    hello i just received the xbox one name your game bundle and you get to choose one game out of 4 to download for free but i have all 4 games already so can i sell/give the code away or is it tied to my console/account.

    You can give them to a friend. They're not tied to anything until they are redeemed. Then they're tied to the account that redeemed them.

    The codes aren't console specific, they are basically like owning discs. The only downside is that once they are redeemed they are attached to that Microsoft Account (one time use) as specified by the

    Digital Games FAQ    . Go ahead and check it out and let us know if we can further assist in this or any other matter!

    The codes would only be in the box if you purchased a bundle that included those games. Since they were bought digitally they would be tied to the account used to purchase the games. You would sign into the console and download them from your games and
    apps.
