Are we still able to do emulation and if so how

You were never allowed to do emulation outside of approved, licensed commercial products like Rare Replay., it has always been against the terms of service not only specifically to do emulation, but running any kind of unauthorized programs on your Xbox. Using things like Dev mode not to develop software is also specifically against the rules.

Doing so can lead to account and hardware bans.

I'd say emulation's fine sometimes, but it can be risky. Such as emulating X360 games, maybe you'll get banned, but it's not on your history. However, you probably won't get banned from playing Xbox One/Series games on PC since they run the same OS, Windows (Xbox devices run a toned-down version of Windows) you could modify the app to work on a PC (but I've never tried).

I still have no solution to this problem and still have not been able to play Fallout 3 at all b/c it won't save. There has to be someone out there that bought this bundle and is using the digital version. Is no one else having this problem?

How do I get in to the 360 emulator? Does this special version of FO3 require you to use the emulator?

there is NO legit way of adding the missing emulator telling others how to do so is pretty sure NOT allowed here the only way to have that emulator is to buy a LEGIT MS brand drive.

it could also depend on how long the emulator takes to make a game work for xbox one and how many games it can do at the same time.

it might only be able to do 1 or 2 games at a time and it could take weeks for the emulator to finish.

Plus I imagine someone has to play through the game to make sure it fully works which could take a while depending on what game it is.
