    I just want to know so that I don't buy 3 backgrounds before Prepaid or Credits are available.

    Points Redeemed but not showing up or being added

    I redeemed 20,000 Xbox reward credits, but although I no longer have the VIP Gems I still haven't gotten anything about the credits. Can some one help me get the redeemable credits?

    Someone please tell me what the conversion rate is for VIP gems to USD cause 1 gem to 1 MS reward points is complete and utter **** and opting out before it's too late is looking like the better way to go. But we'll probably get shafted on that route as
    well.
    Right now, if you have 500 Gems, they could be traded in for 10,000 rewards credits... if the vault was restocked, that is.

    He has a right to be mad. The conversation ratio is pathetic and a RIP OFF, and the "VIP VAULT" is empty at lower levels with rewards credits (which are virtual for crying out loud and OWNED by Microsoft) not restocked.

    Either let us buy consoles for 1000 gems or restock the credits and let your long time rewards members get SOMETHING for their efforts and time. I have been here since 12/01/2010 and I think I deserve something for my efforts that IS NOT a RIP OFF RATIO.
