Are US xbox one controllers compatible with a uk xbox one console ?

Hi guys i was looking to purchase a titanfall xbox one controller from a uk based website i was wondering would the controller be compatible because US consoles run off different mains voltage and frequency. Would this be okay to use ?

Yes. The Xbox One controllers are compatible with the Xbox One S consoles.

I can't see any reason it wouldn't be compatible... the voltage the console uses wouldn't affect the controller itself, they use AA batteries which are the same there as they are here.. All available information (that I can find on the subject) talks about
how the console is not region locked & a console purchased one place can be used elsewhere, so I imagine the controller would be the same. If anyone can provide any further details on this, I'd be interested to know also.

Have you tried another controller? Try to synchronize your controller again.

I don't think using the Xbox One controller on a mobile phone is a compatible option unfortunately. There was a project a few years ago where they were trying to make an Xbox One controller compatible with Windows 10 phones wirelessly using an app, but I'm
not sure that ever was released.

All Xbox One controllers are compatible with any Xbox One model. So an original Xbox One controller will work with an Xbox One X console.

I recommend trying the following articles:

If the problem persists:

Try your Headset with another device, such as a laptop, to see if the headset is working.
Try your Headset on another controller, if you can. If the headset works on the second controller, try
updating the first controller and console.
Try using a Headset Adapter for compatibility issues.
