    so I have been banned again from communication for the 3rd time and yes I win admit the first two times I got banned I did write two people messages with curse words in them. But I know FOR A FACT THIS THIRD BANNED IS COMPLETELY FALSE BUT ITS FOR TWO WEEKS.
    I have Been with Xbox live with this account for over 9 years my other account 12 and in all this time I have never been banned or suspended from anything until 3 months ago I got suspended for 24 hours than a week now 2 weeks all in a 3 month period . But
    after the second banned I started to take this seriously I now play with my mic on so I can hear (PUBG) but my mic is not in (turtle beach headset with disconnect able mic) plus I mute myself EVERYTIME I HAVE MADE THIS A TOP PRIORITY. BUT all of a sudden I
    get suspended for 2 weeks again due to communication ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!??? I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT I HAVENT SENT MESSAGES TO ANYONE BREAKING RULES TO THE CODE OF CONDUCT. the funny thing is I have reported people that have team killed me in game for no reason
    but reviving them or helping them and nothing has been done to these people I even have taken videos and screen shots of this happening but nothing. But I'm the one who gets banned really I asked for a case review and within less than 24 hours all I get is
    UPHELD. THATS IT!!!! they don't tell me why they don't provide any evidence nothing just UPHELD . I believe I didn't even get anyone who reviewed the case they just seen I have been suspended twice before and UPHELD the action without looking into it and

    Are u allowed to download Minecraft Maps on Xbox?

    It is against the rules. Using 3rd party software to modify your Xbox (including saves) could get your console banned from Xbox Live.

    You should seriously sit down with your son and find out how these people are getting his personal information. If he got compromised THREE times then the issue lies with him. You may even want to consider giving him a child account
    if he is under 18 years so you can control more of what he can andcan not do while on XBL as well as using the Family Settings on the console.

    OK so let me ask you this let's say that their are 4 million players on Xbox live today and out of those 4 Million 750,000 report on something a player does . Your saying a "team" of humans go over everyone of those reports and investigates each one to make
    sure that they are valid. Give me a break ya right they couldn't possibly go through each one and make sure that the report is true. No matter what you guys say there is an autoban system in place especially for something like my case I've been suspended twice
    in the past so if someone reports me even if it's false I get suspended again which just happened. In my review all I got was "upheld" in my statement I explained how this has got to be a mistake because after the second suspension I have been not sending
    messages to anyone besides my brother about a pubg vid I made and I only use my headset to hear what is going on around me in pubg, because if u have played that game it is vital to be able to hear what is happening around u I even detached my mic (I have
    a turtle beach headset) so I couldn't talk crap to anyone and if I did no one would know because my mic is detached so it doesn't matter. And 18 hours later all I'm sent is "Upheld". Really???? They didn't ask for anything no evidence or anything else like
