are threatening me with several reports

While threats like this can seem personal and are definitely stressful and upsetting, XBox doesn't hand out bans based on things like this.

Many things are taken into consideration:

The number of games you've played on-line without incident.

The number of frivolous reports that someone makes (they can and do see patterns with people that try to use reports for the purpose of bans).

In my experience, the best thing to do is view their profile and block them so that you cannot receive messages from them and will hopefully never be matched with them again.

If you've received messages of a threatening nature, report it to XBox as well.

As other Ambassadors have already said, as long as you haven't breached the code of conduct on Xbox Live, then you will be absolutely fine. If you're getting threatening messages from online players, you can simply report there message.

Reports mainly effect your Accounts reputation, which you can raise simply by playing online games. Xbox don't hand out account bans lightly, you have to do something that seriously breaks the Terms of Service to warrant that.

Again just to add if you have not done anything that breaches the code of conduct you have nothing to worry about, i would suggust if you keep reciving these messages to block or mute the account that there coming from and enjoy your game
