    Are they ever going to fix the Enforcement site?


    I received an enforcement action on my account and I honestly don't know why, I haven't sent any toxic messages, but yet I have received a communications suspension for a whole week. Nobody at Xbox Support can help me and I am told to submit for case review. The problem is, for the last 3 days now, the enforcement page has been down. I go to enforcement.xbox.com and attempt to log in and it just loads and then does nothing. I have tried clearing my cache and history, tried on different devices, different browsers, different networks and nothing works. I even had a friend attempt to log in in his own account and it didnt work for him either. I can't even see WHY i received a suspension nor can I submit a Case Review, and I'm just thrown around in circles. Just a quick search on twitter using the words "xbox enforcement" shows others are having this issue. Why is this ongoing after 3 days now?

    That's an odd situation mate. Unfortunately with Enforcement actions, regular Microsoft support are not able to assist you and they don’t have access to enforcement details.

    Right now I tried to log in in the enforcement page (https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US) and I was able to do it successfully.

    You could try fill this alternative form just to see if you can get help about your enforcement action:

    Hi Josef,

    I guess it works for some. I've tried every possible avenue I've had as far as logging into the site is concerned and it still isn't working. I went ahead and submitted on that alternative form, but unfortunately I'm not sure how much help I'll be able to get since I don't have any way of even knowing what exactly I'm disputing. I still don't even know why I received enforcement action to begin with.

    Yeah, that’s odd. Personally I never had an issue with enforcement site.

    You can try using a VPN service just to see if you can reach enforcement site in that way.

    And about the alternative form, well you can type there that you’re not able to access to enforcement site, is not working for you. And about your suspension but you even don’t know why you’re being suspended.
    And ask if maybe you can be reach someone that works on enforcement team

    Did you try non chrome like Firefox or edge?
    Yessir. I also tried Edge on my PC and Safari on my iPhone and still the same issue.
