    Are there any plans for a screen saver like feature?


    People pay money for screens that only display family pictures. And they pay money to watch a fireplace burn on their TV. So why can't the Xbox do similar kinds of things but: as a screen saver? Sure people can already make apps to do these things, but
    wouldn't it be better if your console could just do this (or possibly played Pandora or some other useful app/feature) whenever you left it alone for about 15 mins or more? For most of us, this is the biggest screen in the house. And it seems like it's going
    to waste at some of the time...

    So instead of just going to sleep after a set period of time, what if your console could do something else for a while instead? Especially if you have a Kinect camera that knows you are sitting in the room anyways? IOW, maybe the console could go to sleep
    when we are not actually there and could have a sort of party mode for those in-between times (times when you are not actively using it but people are still present in the room and have not powered it down)?

    Is there any plans to add support for 21:9 screens for this game or indeed for Forza Horizons 3?

    I have this big beautiful screen and parts of it are going to waste Are there any plans for a screen saver like feature? :(

    Is there a screen saver ???

    Usually at night when I'm finished gaming, I'll play a movie through Netflix or crackle. I usually fall asleep watching it and about 5 1/2 hrs later when I wake up I notice that the original screen shot of the movie has been displayed stagnant on my screen
    for probably over 3 hrs. This has even happened when I fall asleep while waiting for a multiplayer match to happen, I get kicked for no activity(understandable) and it sits for hours on the menu screen. My question is: Is there a Screen saver that I can turn
    on to keep the imagine from remaining stagnant on my screen? I

    The Xbox will usually dim the screen and turn off the controller after a period of inactivity. However, there is an option in settings which will automatically power down the console after a certain period of time. Then all you have to do (if instant-on
    is enabled) would be to say Xbox On, or just turn it on manually. To my current knowledge, there is no screensaver available for the Xbox One.

    There is not. Most modern TV's do have an auto dim or similar you can activate after a certain time of inactivity. I think you have a a good idea though!

    If you go to settings> preferences> idle options. You can select a 60 minute time frame for the screen dimming, unfortunately that is the longest interval available otherwise its 2 minutes, 10,20,30 or 45 minutes. From what i can tell there is no fully
    off option.

    Is this happening because of the screen saver? If so lengthen the time before screen saver starts else turn it off completely.
