Are there any hacked Xbox One accounts ? need help I am buying one

Greetings Folks

I have Xbox and a local seller is selling Xbox One account he says its has 400 games and Xbox Gold Live upto year

He is selling it for 40$

What I am worried about is if its a hacked account will it get my Console banned? Are there any hacked accounts is there a such thing?

I am looking forward to it because its cheap on of the reason could be that where I live very few people use Xbox's in this city so it may not have that much value or buyers

Should I go for it? If so what credentials I'll need to secure account for myself is it a good idea to buy Xbox One account?

The reason I am considering this is because I often have Xbox One disc's pop Installation stopped error and its very annoying not that I have faulty drive i have noticed those discs stop at exact % in other console too despite of disc being prestine

The buying/selling of accounts is against the ToS far as I know and any hacked accounts are liable for console ban as it would be a violation of the ToS as well for being modified. I'd advise strongly against doing so & instead using that $40 to start
saving towards a new console which is 100% your safest & best bet.

Buying and selling of accounts is a violation of the terms of service so buying it whether or not it's "hacked" would still put you at risk for being banned.

Mine account was hacked and they switched the region to Russia. Microsoft is completely terrible in handling this issue you would think that they would be able to revert the account to the state before it got hacked but that concept will blow the mind of
anyone you talk to in tech support. For every one person that happens to move to russia and needs to change their region there are 10k of us who are screwed because someone hacked in and changed it. Your best bet is to remove any credit cards from the account
if you can and buy a ps3 or start gaming on your pc. Xbox only cares about money the security and needs of their customers is not a priority.
