    Are the numbers really random?


    I'm just curious if others have noticed this. When you get keys, luggage, etc. on your card it seems like the numbers called are very seldom on a number with the key or luggage. Is this really random or does the computer actually avoid those numbers to
    keep you from getting extra stuff? Like I said, just curious but truly wondering what others have experienced.

    They say even numbers are unlucky..hence why 'lucky' numbers are usually odd numbers.

    @ LegendOfGta - Regarding the video... I believe San Andreas had random plates for random vehicles like the one showing in that clip (not personalised names just random combinations of letters and numbers), so I think it definitely can be done. It wouldn't
    really be necessary, but I would welcome it for the extra unique realism feel it would add.

    dont get your hopes up. i just tried and my download still freezes...mine wont even make it to 99%. mine freezes at random numbers and it never really makes it even over 50%.
