    Are the multiplayer servers still up?


    I have been unable to connect to the EA servers for 3 days now but my 360 still connects to xboxlive and Netflix. Did EA pull the plug on the servers?1

    The Darkness 2 DLC Cancelled by 2K Games

    First game had multiplayer if I remember.Not sure if the servers are still up though.

    Online games when Xbox live is down.

    Multiplayer on Xbox requires logging into Xbox Live, regardless if the games provide their own dedicated servers to host matches. Xbox Live services are still needed to provide the matchmaking and other multiplayer functionality.

    They are still working I think. I'll test it myself, if they closed Public servers and we have to do private games, send a friend request to me and we'll play! I'm N7 700 at least, and i'm still getting used to things, i'll aid ya though.

    EA/Origins' PC Servers are still up and running for this game and quite active...Are the multiplayer servers still up? :)

    2020 and the blur multiplayer servers are still up

    Aside from the backwards compatibility team being on hold, the developers are responsible for approving the licensing on the Xbox One hardware. If Microsoft doesn't own the rights to the game then legally they can not add it to the backwards compatibility
    program.
    Plus the developers of blur no longer exist.Shame as it was my favourite multiplayer game on the 360.

    Currently the Xbox Backward Compatibility program is on hold due to the teams working on the development of the Xbox Series X. There has been no news on when or if the Back Compat program will be coming back.
