    Are Store Pins Defunct?


    Prior to the system update I just received, I'd pin store pages of games I was looking to buy. Since the update and changes to the store app, I don't see a way to do that. Furthermore, the store page pins I already have may crash the store app.

    can't access to my windows store account

    I can not get access to my Windows Store account then I login to "Store" app with that account I get "enter the pin" but I'm not install any pin codes.

    how to remove a pin code (windows hello and etc)?

    In settings -> account .. changing pins does not help for me. Are Store Pins Defunct? :(

    This feature seems to have been removed, I suggest searching Xbox Ideas, powered by UserVoice and voting for it to come back and if it's not there submit your idea Are Store Pins Defunct? :)

    This feature seems to have been removed, I suggest searching https://xbox.uservoice.com/forums/363186--new-ideas and voting for it to come back and if it's not there submit your idea :)

    Had the same problem, found in another post to hold your finger over the xbox on/of button on the console (not the controller or Kinect) for 8 seconds. This completely turns of the box. Then turn it on, and it should come back. If not I recommend you tweet
    @XBOXSUPPORT and they will sort you out pretty quick.

    Hi, Go to Settings, Network, Advanced settings, Alternate MAC Address, Clear (System will ask to Restart) after the restart the issue should be resolved.

    Or power cycle your modem/router, both have the same result usually.
