Are Purchased Games available through xCloud?

Hello! I have a few questions, but let me try and sum it up.

I purchased Forza Horizon 5 Ultimate Edition a couple of weeks ago and after the PC specs were revealed, I realized my PC will not be as powerful to run it as it does with Horizon 4. Then, someone told me about the xCloud program from the Xbox Game Pass, and that it'd be available to be played anywhere, on any supported device. My questions are: If I sign the xCloud program, will I be able to play my very own FH5 Ultimate Edition? Will it link my purchased games to my account or will I lose it? I ask this because it's everything new for me; I don't know if it is a different platform and if it will not be available for purchased games, only for Cloud games and such. That's what I am wondering.

Yes, you will be able to use additional content from the version you purchased on xCloud.

Currently you can't play games you've purchased through Xcloud and 2k23 is not currently available through the Xcloud either. So if you were to buy the Xbox One edition of the game, you would only be able to play it on the One.

He won't be able to unless it's available through xcloud again. That game is not available for PC through Microsoft otherwise.
