Are my rewards all going to still be here for me?

Sorry I haven't been able to get a response yet, but last month I did the doctor rewards program completely finished each part, and I;m just hoping that I will still get credit for it, since it hasn't yet shown up in the account. sorry if I'm being impatient,
I just was worried maybe it wasn't tracked entirely because ive never done one of these before and know nothing about what to expect...

Billing information is correct and yet reward deposits are not going through

My billing information is correct and yet my rewards deposits are not going through. Have been informed to make a post here for the issue to be resolved.

 

Nothing going into Rewards Account

been doing everything I should do on my rewards account but no rewards are going into my account every month I get emails saying 0

even though I do everything to collect rewards had this problem since I signed up in March and still 0 rewards spoken to Microsoft Support - they said there is a problem with my rewards and to message here

 

You'll need to wait for support to respond to your other thread. Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST so they will get back to you during the weeks.

 

I posted it over a week ago, sorry but this seems like a pretty long wait already, could you please give me an idea at least on how long should I wait before contacting again?

 

The only other post I see from you is from a day ago (Completed two rewards programs- waited days... nothing showing up) You'll have to wait for support to respond
to that during the week. If you did post over a week ago, it may not have been in the correct forum.

 

you are more than likely correct about the forum being wrong ive been getting juggled around by different support teams, I am sorry for my frustration.
