    does Anyone know if mygems are expiring on the 31st really need to know so I can spend them if they do or save them if they don’t Xbox hasn’t said anything about so just curious/worried about it

    Microsoft points expired

    Hi guys, unfortunately I forgot to use my points, I didn't know they were expiring, I thougt there was no expiring date. I never use the mail they are linked.

    Is there a way to recover them? It was around 43 euro. Please. Are my gems expiring after the 31st? :(

    Gems do not expire from your account. Only the pending, unclaimed perks that Reward Gems that you can claim from your MyRewards page expire.

    If my existing game pass on console is expiring on 31st December and my gold is expiring on 31st March and i upgrade to ultimate, the ultimate's expiry will be 31st March.

    Gems don't get deposited. They accumulate until you use them to buy something in the vault. Gems do not expire.

    Gems do not have a expiration or reset date. Note however, that Perks that award Gems must be claimed from your MyRewards page within 60 days or they will expire without awarding Gems. MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year,
    we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Rewards
    Credits do not expire from your Rewards Account, but once deposited as currency into your Microsoft Account, they are subject to the terms of all promotional currency, and expire after one year.
