    So I would like to buy the Witcher 3 GOTY edition from the MS UK store,but I live in Slovakia,will I be able to activate this code or is it region locked?

    My state isn't there in the "Add a payment option" in microsoft store.

    Games bought from the Microsoft store are region locked; therefore, you only have the right to use a region of the store that corresponds to your actual location.

    Thank you for reaching out. Digital games purchased through the Microsoft Store are region locked. You will need to use the version of the store corresponding to your country. Hope this helps! :D

    Buying games through different stores are region locked to that location. Prepaid currency cards are also region locked to the currency, so make sure your purchasing from the right store as you might not be able to redeem all your digital content
