Are mech credit purchases for Hawken broken?

I tried to purchase the 425 credit pack for Hawken, but the credits never showed up in game. Called Microsoft Store Support but they could not figure it out. Tried to transfer me to Xbox Support but the call dropped. Is this broken?

Why are FTP games trash?

I downloaded Hawken expecting to be a proper mech shooter but it's just a very low budget robot shooter with weak ass gameplay. Titanfall has a better mech gameplay miles away from Hawken. I thought it looked cool when I saw it at the pre-show for the PS4 E3 event but it's sadly a crappy game.

 

I sure wish I had good ol' MechAssault on the Xbox 360.

Bring back Mech Assault .....fantastic game or at least get Hawken running on the X 1, the world needs more Mech games.

Thank you. I went over there and created an account so I could put in a ticket. I'm curious if anyone has gotten these purchases to work? Hawken isn't THAT old, although they did pull it from Steam earlier this year.

Thank you Jasmine Z, but I already tried that and was refused due to the type of purchase (game add-on). They referred me to this page:

Terms of Sale - Microsoft Store

They indicated "We appreciate your loyalty and valuable time with us, unfortunately we are not able to apply a refund for this order, add ons are not refundable" and "When it comes to in game
items there is no (sic) much we can do."

However, I just now (almost literally) received an email from 505 Games saying that they had manually added the credits to my account. I will check that on the Xbox when I get home, but if that is accurate then "Yay!" for 505 Games.

This is all settled, I checked last night and the credits had been entered. 505 Games support did a great job.

However, this still leaves me with the question of whether the purchases from the Microsoft Store actually work. During my follow up of this issue, I saw a lot of posts from people who also had issues getting their purchases to work. I like Hawken, and
I don't mind contributing every now and again to hopefully keep it going, but I don't want to have to go through this process every time I try to make a purchase (plus, I'd start to look pretty suspicious...).
