Yes as the online component is online only meaning you MUST Have core or ultimate to play online this is regardless of console unless you have roo ally ot steam deck not to mention you are talking about an OLD purchase the limit is 14 days or 2hoirs of gameplay which you dont fall under

Online components has always needed membership

Asking for a refund noe isn't plausible since you had years of play and online components os optional fir gta5

For GTA online it is clearly in the name all consoles games that are online only require online memberships

Emanuel, as mentioned above, nowadays games need subscriptions to play online, being Core or Ultimate. If your refund was denied, there is not much that can be done now, especially when you mention that you used to play the game so long time ago and you can only refund it if it has not been more than 14 days since you bought, and you have not played it for more then 2 hours.

This cannot be refunded, okay? But if you want to play online, you just need to subscribe to Core or Ultimate ( which is a really good deal with the number of games you can play )

Fyi you can't play GTA online on last gen or older consoles only can play in next gen

I've tried contacting support, but regardless of issue (device won't read discs, order a repair) I can't interact with a live agent--says option isn't available for that particular problem.
