    If I have an Xbox Gold account and buy a game with Deals with Gold sale will I be able to play it after my subscription ends?

    It soumds like a a deals for gold price?

    If so that would be why if you are using a trial it doesn't apply to deals for gold

    Those only give temporary multiplayer access

    No free games or discounted deals for gold games

    Thanks for your post! Yes, a game purchased as a Deal with gold is permanently available to you no matter the status of your Xbox Live Gold subscription since it was a discounted purchase. If a game you play was obtained through the Free Games with Gold,
    you will need a subscription to continue playing those games.

    Our wonderful Mod gave you a great answer but I just anted to add that this is a great reason to keep your XBOX Gold sub going. So many great titles come along with it each month plus the discounts.

    Defense Grid is actually quite good. I prefer this new Xbox gold free deal as you get to keep the games forever, with PSN+ you don't...The problem I have with these freebies is that I already own them all thus far (Fable III, Defense Grid).
