Are games broken just on digital downloads or...

are they just as broken on the disc copy too, I'm talking about halo mmc, cod aw, assassins creed unity, gta 5 etc

The digital version is just one download.

As a rule there are no refunds on digital purchases,it does tell you this.If the game was broken then you should of contacted support at the time & they may of given you a refund but you certainly wont get one after 2 years.

Specific issue you are having: Everytime i start the game, the screen goes green and says the cd is either dirty or broken, wich i find interesting considering it is a digigtal download.

I have tried to delete the game and chache and reinstalling the game several times.. Does not work at all. Still dirty/broken disk error everytime i start the game..



How can you put a game out for digital download when it requires the cd? It is a reason why i download it....

That's what I want to find out, I hear downloaded games take forever in just wondering if they are complete when downloaded, anyone know if the discs are having the same problem or do they have the same bugs/glitches etc

 

Disks and digital XB1 games both end up reading off the hard drive in the end. So no they aren't any different.

 

The same code is on the hard drive, the only difference is the disk is in to prove license, so you have the same chance or it working or not.
