Are CDkeys, GameCheap, and other legit?

From what I understand, the way these digital key sites work is that someone somehow "stockpiles" game keys found at a cheap price (usually from a regional Xbox store promotion that featured the game for sale at a very low price).

Apparently, in AC: Unity's case, people went full HAM on keys when it went on sale at some point. The low price may also be attributed to the game being a fairly buggy mess, and they're just trying to sell as many keys as possible to get their money back.
ACU has been ridiculously low in price for many months. I got my key from eBay for around that price.

Problems with digital keys would likely arise if they were originally purchased with a stolen credit card.

Best case scenario: Your game installation becomes unplayable, and your account no longer shows any ownership of the game.

Worst case scenario: You might, might, might get banned. The chances of that are low, though... low enough that the key sites are still quite a thriving business with enough customer trust to keep going (and probably measures to harshly punish
sellers if their customers get in any trouble).

That's my one and a half cents.

CDKeys is. I'm not sure about GameCheap. I've never heard of them.

Oh thank you. I was really worried. They were selling AC Unity for less than $2. That just seems WAY too good to be true. I do not want my Xbox account banned. I would die. Thank you again!

They've been offering AC Unity for that price for several months.

I bought it from CD Keys for that price,it's all legit & above board

Always buy my live & currency from them but never heard of GameCheap.

Any service that promises 2 dollar Games should be thrown out the window

Remember if it's an accounr they are selling it will only end badly for you
