    Hey does anyone know if games like the Gears of War series are able to be up scaled to 4k? I went into a Gamestop where I live and the employee that worked there said that Xbox 360 games will only be up scaled to 1080p HD. I have a
    4k TV which has the ability to upscale, but I don't want to purchase any of the Gears of War games that were on the Xbox 360 and it not be able to upscale to 4k. Also I know that the Gears of War games are backwards compatible. As I said I just don't want
    to purchase the games and not get 4k.

    I am afraid you won't be able to play Xbox 360 games on the Xbox One as it's not Backwards Compatiable.

    or compatiable, but yeah it don't really care for backwards compatibility, I'm not buying an Xbox One to play 360 games.

    Hello,

    What console are you using? Just to avoid any confusion Gta 5 is not backwards compatiable, so if you’re trying to play with the xbox 360 disc on the xbox one or any other console, it won’t work. This is of course the same if you try to play an xbox one
    game on an xbox 360. You’d need to purchase the xbox one version to play on xbox one.

    Original Xbox games are blocked by Family Settings

    It wont play because its not backwards compatiable with the 360.
