Arctis 9x choppy and cuts out frequently

I have mine since more than one year ago, I used with Xbox One X and now with Xbox Series X, and I never had such a kind of problem like this.

Did you try the last firmware version? I recommend most of all the reset of it, and in case if possible, use wired cable directly to the console, I have my console wired with a CAT5 cable for better ping connection and to avoid such kind of problems with WiFi connection.

Also, have in mind is not only your router connectivity the one which is around you, if you are living in a building for example or near many homes, because now a days, there is many Wi-Fi connections around which can affect our own area where we are. The interference can be your near wireless neighbors connections which are using same channel than your Artics 9X, that's why you should reset them, (I suppose maybe like that the headphones automatically use another different channel which is not the same channel is affecting your area) .

I just got me new XBOX Series X, (finally!) and my Arctis 9x headset is wonky. It connects, but then is very choppy and frequently just turns off. I have to turn the headset off and then back on again to reconnect, and I tell the xbox which user is using it will come on for a little while then cut back out. Everything I find on the issue says something about the controller, but I don't believe my headset is connected to my controller at all. Some posts say it is interference with my router or cell phone? Microsoft recommended the headset, is it really cutting out because of my wifi? Any help or insight would be appreciated, I don't want to have to go out and get a new (wired) headset.....

I'm literally getting the same exact problem. I just bought this headset maybe a week or two ago and the problems have persisted throughout. I've tried disabling my wifi entirely to eliminate any type of interference. No change, turned off my controller, turned off my phone wifi, I think it's a console problem. I don't understand how these got certified as proprietary hardware when they clearly don't work as promised.

I will recomend you to try the arctis 9X they are awesome!!
