just purchased these for my son, but I cannot get the to work on his xbox one??

anyone know how?

was told by the fella in PC world it would work ok, mmmmm 🤔

controller does have the port but still cannot get it working?

what wireless headsets do you have, looking at paying about £120..

Yes, I believe you need a 3.5mm to 3.5mm jack to connect the headset to the socket in the controller for these headphones to work.

That's true, you will need a newer model controller if your controller doesn't have a 3.5mm jack

Hi Alan72 - do the headphones come with an audio cable? If so just connect them directly into the Xbox controller. I am not sure if the Arctis 7 headphones are compatible with the xbox when wireless.
