    Arcade Games shown as "Demo" after purchasing or redeeming a code


    Hi! I noticed that some Arcade Games I got via a code (full version) are still shown as Demo when I browse my games. One Example is the Hitman Sniper Challenge. I got a download code after buying the Games on Demand version. I am 100% sure with the Sniper
    Challenge but some other games I think I bought a few years ago are now shown as Demo game as well. Does anyone else have this problem?

    Purchased game will be send over as a key or added to my account immediatly?

    Hello there,

    If I am purchasing any kind of game from the store (even preview store) - will I receive the game as a code for redeeming the game or will it be added to my games library after the purchase?

    Yes, I only have one Gamertag and used the same one to buy/download them.

    Just checked a few games and Mark of the Ninja is shown as demo too. I bought it with this Account and also got the DLC for it but when I launch it there is an "unlock full version" option now. (But I played it as full versoin a few months ago) How can this
    be? I deleted it and try to re-download it now.

    ie did you buy them on one console and now you're using another one?

    FIFA 17 - Game isn't in under "My games"

    Hello, I have the same issues as ZxXxJonesxXxZ.

    I redeemed the code (part of a fifa 17 / Xbox one S bundle), game does not show up. It is also not in my purchasing history, but I cannot redeem it again.

    I downloaded the demo version first, then after I redeemed the code, I also redeemed my EA Access code to play the Early Access (trial) version of Fifa 17.

    But the game I bought is nowhere to find...
