Arcade games i bought but are now only trials

So i bought Alien Hominid HD, **** Heroes, had the Call of Duty Classic downloaded from a code, and UNO. But for some reason they are only trials now i have achievements for them so there is proof i had them but i can't play the full game and when I go
to my download history it does not appear all the things I have downloaded for them like for UNO i got some of the new card decks which you cannot use on the trial and i wouldn't throw that on if it was unusable so thats like $30 that just disappeared if anyone
has a solution to help me get back games I paid for please help.

No more arcade trials?

I was hoping there would be a loco cycle trial I could have a go of, but I noticed there are literally no Xbox one arcade game trials up, only trailers. I think it was brilliant how almost every 360 arcade game had a trial you could try before you buy,
does anyone know the official stance on xbox one arcade games? Are there going to be no more trials at all now?

 

Trouble playing Arcade Game Sonic the Hedgehog

I bought Sonic the Hedgehog Arcade game and when I try to play it, it only gives me the option to play the trial version. I checked my download history and It is there as I bought the full game and its on my game played list. When I first bought the game
I was able to play the full version but now I can't play the full game it just says "Play Trial Version". It also gives me the option to redownload the full game but it stayed the same as play trial version. For proof, I have even unlocked achievements for
the game. If I recall, I bought the arcade game on the same profile but on a different Xbox 360. But I have bought many arcade games on that previous console and they work fine on my current console. Please reply.

 

You have to call up the support for this. If you can't find everything in download history and in-game, we can't help much. If you still have the codes when you call them I believe they can help you.
