    Recent Arbitrary Deposit can also be due to Warface shutting down. If you had any kind of credit left in their virtual currency account, it was converted into your local currency upon the game being closed.

    Same with me, but the opposite. I got an Arbitrary Credit of $3.39? I mean, free money in my account, but what is it?

    I got about £3.00 for 5000 credits in february.

    I then got a message to say those credits will expire 1/6/2015??

    I had no other credit on my balance, its all reward credits.

    They're money being deposited into your account from the Rewards program, not actual charges. So you are getting money back.

    I have a card that has been discontinued for a year or so now on my account. But i found $5.00 on my account the other day.

    I hurried up and deleted my card off pay pal just to find out it was a reward. Biggest one yet boys they gave me 20$

    Im confused. I was going to go complain about not getting my $10 card from the Rare Replay pre order(same bull happened with the WatchDogs pre order..I never got the $10). Then I see $31 was added(?) to my account under "Arbitrary Credit/Charge". So....huh?

    The Rewards program is running an offer to receive 15,000 credits if you preorder a game from microsoftstore.com. So you would receive 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift card from microsoftstore.com.

    Ok so I just spoke to someone on twitter who was having the same problem, they phone support and apparently it is the rewards even though it's showing as a minus and being taken out of the account. But one thing I still don't get is it says £1 = 1000 credits
    but I was given £3 something. Am I wrong? Is it in dollars maybe?
