    Hello i was just a little confused. I had 5 dollars from the last time i added credit on my account through a prepaid card. I noticed for somereason i now have 11.75. I looked it up and it said arbitrary charge and When i looked it up i was confused because
    i have never used a credit card on this account. Can something else be giving me this? Im not complaining about the money i Just want to know where it came from thats all. Thanks in advance!

    Im confused. I was going to go complain about not getting my $10 card from the Rare Replay pre order(same bull happened with the WatchDogs pre order..I never got the $10). Then I see $31 was added(?) to my account under "Arbitrary Credit/Charge". So....huh?

    You could check to see if any more information was given to it from commerce.microsoft.com.

    Otherwise you'll need to contact phone support for more assistance. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

    Owen is correct. That's how rewards deposits are listed on the billing site.

    I got about £3.00 for 5000 credits in february.

    I then got a message to say those credits will expire 1/6/2015??

    I had no other credit on my balance, its all reward credits.

    Ok so I just spoke to someone on twitter who was having the same problem, they phone support and apparently it is the rewards even though it's showing as a minus and being taken out of the account. But one thing I still don't get is it says £1 = 1000 credits
    but I was given £3 something. Am I wrong? Is it in dollars maybe?
