Arbiter.dll is missing

hey dear gamer

1. Goto your web browser and search 'Arbiter.dll download' and download this dll file

2. After that cut file

3. After that go to this path 'C:\Windows\System32 ' and paste it

4. Now restart your computer

5. Try to play (wait for game start)

6. Enjoy!

Had a similar issue and tried pretty much everything. Uninstalled Avast. Restarted. Using Windows Defender and works perfectly now.

Right-click the Start button.

Click Search.

Type msconfig and hit Enter on your keyboard.

Click Services.

Click the checkbox next to Hide all Microsoft services.

Click Disable all.

Click Startup.

Click Open Task Manager.

Click any startup program you suspect might be interfering.

Click Disable. Repeat steps 9 and 10 for all startup programs.

Click the X to close Task Manager.

Click OK in the System Configuration window.

Restart your PC.

id beed spamming the shortcut for the last several days but today ive got a new issue where the game launches but then closes. if i spam the shortcut now the game freezes as soon as it launches .
