April Xbox Quest rewards

Prizes from quests are given within the following month. If you don't receive anything by the end of March, you'll want to post back.

I still haven’t gotten my February Quests prize.

As Smwutches mentioned those would not appear until April. Be sure to post back if after April 1st you do not see any rewards.

No, I didn’t get my reward for completing February’s quests

We are now officially one week into April and I still don't have my February quest reward.

Unfortunately, we have determined that you did not quite complete all the requirements for the January quests and thus would not qualify for the rewards.

As for the February quests, quest rewards always appear within 30 days of the quest periods end.

If you do not see content by the first of April please post back and let us know!

Hey there,

For tracking the May Xbox Quest, the appropriate teams are looking into the Games with Gold download portion not reflecting appropriately. This should not interfere with receiving rewards for the May Quest (rewards will go out till the end of June). For
April, there was not a guaranteed reward for that month and instead everyone received extra entries to win the Gold Xbox One X console.

We definitely understand the frustration with wanting those rewards right away but they would be sent out after the first of the month.

If you do not see that content by the end of the first week of April please let us know!

That doesn't make sense because the FAQ on the Xbox Quest page says "Your reward will be sent to you through Xbox Message Center in the following month."
