April Update Beta Issues

Unplugging my console resolved the issue for me, and yes I have the April beta update.

GG..... are you beta testing the April update? is it possible they bring that problem back with the April update??????

 

Issue with Xbox Stereo Headset Adapter and the Astro A40s

In the patch coming in April (being beta tested as we speak), it lists a fix and update for the crackling sound and headset adapter.

Hopefully it will fix the issues.

 

Please be aware that like Daft Badger mentioned these are not the preview forums (missed the word not in my earlier response).

I'm having the same problems. This hard reboot/unplugging does nothing. I've never had my Xbox One on standby mode since I've had it. I do a hard reboot every time I turn my console on. I have the same issues, so far the only way to fix the disc problem
is to put the disc in you want to play, restart the xbox, then it'll read that disc. But once you try to eject it, it'll do the whole suck back in right away/ disc error problem.

 

Since the March update I have been unable to record with Game DVR. But since getting the April preview I am unable to use Game DVR at all. I have done all suggested methods to resolve this but nothing has worked.

 

Please I would request the cancellation of my console in beta updates

i uninstalled the preivew app a few weeks ago and still have these issues

 

I've been having the same issues...at first I thought my xbox was crapping out..glad to see it's not a hardware issue..unfortunately I did a factory reset and had to lose all my info...it fixed the issue temporarily until this morning..now I've been just
doing the console button reset. Support told me to post on the preview forum...which doesn't exist anymore.

I sure as hell hope someone with some power is moderating these forums. This disc error is CRAP. I followed above directions to the letter. Same crap. Won't load game. A 500 dollar machine that needs a reboot every time I change games? BS! MSFT. FIX THIS

This suggested answer is all well and good, but I am on the beta program and can't access the preview forums. Every time I go to the link it says "Group not found".

I have asked support numerous times to add me to the preview forum but my requests go unanswered. If anyone here with any clout is reading this then please add me to the forum. I have information i'd like to feed back but have no way to do so.

 

in march 24th beta update, 50hz enable itself automaticly and "enable 50hz" is written in strange font , and boot up time is longer than without the beta
