April Games with Gold reward

Ive just spent an hour with 2 different chat techs, just to be sent here to post a ticket. Aprils email blast for Games with Gold said get all games by the 6th, receive $5 credit within ten business days. Over a month later, no credit. Just spent 45 minutes
with the last tech support chat agent sending pictures confirming I received the email, and was eligible to get the credit, only to be told she could not actually give me the credit, it had to be done here. Help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

dashboard promotion use prepaid 12 month card get 600 points

my gold was expiring april 5th and i used the promotion with my prepaid card on april 4th to recieve 600 ms points. Ive recieved my 200 rewards points but nothing else

ive checked my emails and nothing has come in .

For tracking the May Xbox Quest, the appropriate teams are looking into the Games with Gold download portion not reflecting appropriately. This should not interfere with receiving rewards for the May Quest (rewards will go out till the end of June). For
April, there was not a guaranteed reward for that month and instead everyone received extra entries to win the Gold Xbox One X console.

Have you checked Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if it shows the credit there?

 

Yes, it's not anywhere on my account. I was actually supposed to have received a code via email with 10 business days according to the fine print. That's why I contacted customer service last night, i went to make a purchase and realized it wasn't on my
account, after a month. I actually have the email still, I'll post the exact text from in it a minute.

To check, did you make sure to redeem all Games with Gold titles available? If you only redeemed one of the games you would not be eligible for this unfortunately.
