    April Free Play Day Game Discrepancy


    Recently I was looking at the Xbox free play day games on the Xbox, and one in particular struck my interest, "The Elder Scrolls: Tamriel Unlimited". The Microsoft store said that it was free to play with a Gold membership, so I downloaded it, which it
    allowed me to do, but when I tried to open it, it said that I did not have access. Then, I went online to the Xbox free play update website, and found that the newsletter only listed 3 games, and not 4 as were on the Xbox. The only game not included in the
    newsletter was the Elder Scrolls game, but I was still able to download it and the store on the Xbox, said it was fine. Ultimately, I would like access to this game, but I'm frustrated that it's not working. Can I get some help with this?

    You do not own this game

    ESO was free to play from 10th April, and lasted until 18th April 2017. If you want to keep playing the game you have to purchase it.

    ESO was free to play from March 28-April 3. In order to continue playing it, you would have to purchase the game.

    I purchased the xbox live membership april 29th it was the last day to get in on the promo i have the email confirming it .To be honest i did it for the 5 free games but it seems alot of people have not gotten the games either.
