April Crosswords missing from Microsoft Ultimate Word Games

This is second day of April, and there are still no April crosswords for the month.

There are Jumble puzzles and Wordament puzzles; just no Crossword puzzles.

Please advise how I should proceed and when the April Crossword puzzles will be available.

A quick response is appreciated.

Wordament and Jumble for April now missing from Microsoft Ultimate Word Games

I have been progressing through Jumbles and Wordament puzzles in Microsoft Ultimate Word Games for the month of April and as of last night, I had progressed about a third of the way through April puzzles.

Today, there are no April games for either Jumbles or Wordament. Not just my progress is missing; the entire month of April for both categories is missing.

I uninstalled Microsoft ultimate Word Games and reinstalled, restarted my PC (Windows 10), and the April puzzles for Jumble and Wordament categories are still not there.

As per discussed in my previous 2 posts for this month, April Crosswords have never been available and Microsoft has responded with the usual "we are working on things you will like for future release and we are unable to focus on the missing April Crosswords".

Please assist with problem for missing Wordament and Jumble subsets of puzzles in Microsoft Ultimate Word Games. April is proving to be very disappointing.

Thanks for at least finding and replying. Today is the 6th of April, and there are still no Crosswords for the month of April in MUWG (Microsoft Ultimate Word Games) Premium edition. I am enjoying the other two categories of puzzles
(Wordament and Jumbles); however, my preferred category is the Crosswords ... When I purchased MUWG I found it because I was searching for a Crossword game application. A few months ago, Microsoft removed the most challenging crosswords (Sunday games) with
no prior communication. When I posted the problem, they replied (after 2 months) stating they had indeed decided to remove the Sunday puzzles and were in the planning/discussion stages of exciting changes in the future. I have heard nothing since then which
was several months ago. Now, there are NO crosswords at all for the month of April 2018, with no communication. Please escalate this issue for me ... I expect a formal communication to prevent further disappointment. Thanks, Gerry

"We are aware that the April map is missing for crosswords. We understand that this is a fun game mode that you love to play. However, we are currently working on a few things that we think you will like. Sadly apart of us being able to do work on said fun
things required us to make the choice to not have an April map. The moment we have more information to share on what's to come I promise we will share it out to you. Thank your patience, understanding, and feedback on this matter. It's nice to know that you
all love the Crossword maps."

This is disappointing. However, thanks for replying with this communication.

I say disappointing, because this is so very similar to the reply I got several months ago when the more challenging Sunday crossword puzzles disappeared with no forewarning. I'd like to believe the support staff truly is working on "a few things that we
think you will like"; however, that is what was said when the Sunday crosswords started to disappear.

Regardless, thanks for paying attention to my problem. I am a retired professional who had 30 years experience in software development and maintenance. A major problem such as an entire month of missing data (Crossword April map) never was ignored at the
risk of impacting development (a few things you will like). I don't know how you staff various functions, but I'd say you would not be evaluated with even a "meets expectations" in any of the software shops I managed and worked in.
