    April and May quest issues.


    I completed both April, and May's quests, and have received no rewards for either. I kept trying to reach out for help via Twitter about progress not updating on either month's quests, but was only given the standard answer of "the progress doesn't update
    in real time." Well here I sit without any update on the situation.

    I have not received rewards for either months, and i posted about not receiving April's 3 weeks ago with no response from anyone about it

    No rewards for April Xbox quests

    I never received a reward for completing the April Xbox quests. I just now received the one for may and it reminded me, and in checking my history I do not have a reward sent in May for Aprils quests, which I'm sure I completed.

    Still no rewards, or update of any kind on this. I completed all criteria for those month's.

    This new quest for June/July isn't tracking progress for adding friends either. Would like to get this sorted out. Perhaps the promotion team should just remove the adding friends as a task, since it obviously doesn't track properly.

    Hey Dblock071315! For February's Quest what Games with Gold did you earn achievements in? April's rewards will be sent out over the course of May so you may need to wait a little longer for that reward. Thanks!

    Hey there,

    For tracking the May Xbox Quest, the appropriate teams are looking into the Games with Gold download portion not reflecting appropriately. This should not interfere with receiving rewards for the May Quest (rewards will go out till the end of June). For
    April, there was not a guaranteed reward for that month and instead everyone received extra entries to win the Gold Xbox One X console.
