I recently purchased this game digitally from the Xbox Store on my Xbox One. I am running on a 150mgps speed and the game contains many lag areas which make it near impossible to play or enjoy. It may be the digital version because I have seen gameplay on
the disc version of this game and it seemed to be running just fine. If possible to receive a refund, so I can use the money to go and purchase the disc version rather than purchasing the game twice. Or convert the money I used to purchase over to my Microsoft
account for exchange of another product.

Didn't received groove music additional 3 months subscription trial

subscribed to groove music trial on 29th april 2017 but didn't receive the code for additional 3 months

 

I haven't received my Groove Music 3 month pass

I signed up for the 1 month free Groove Music trial + 3 months free and haven't got the email yet.
