Item purchased on 10/16/2022..just before midnight

1st refund request on 10/17/2022 using the url https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/subscriptions-billing/buy-games-apps/refund-orders

1st decline email - 10/19/2022

2nd refund request on the evening of 10/20/2022 using url https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund

2nd decline email - 10/21/2022

and the purchase is showing at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders , along with 2 other purchases I made that night, another set of movies, and a game pre-order. There is also a "Miscellaneous Credit $0.00 Refunded $100.00" from where I used Microsoft Rewards to redeem points for account credit, however that balance was almost completely exhausted. nearly the entirety of the purchase amount of the item I am trying to refund was charged to my card.

I have the same problem. May be related to a Microsoft Windows update that occurred on 10/27/2022

Also I was just charged yesterday April 9 2022 for XBOX game pass ultimate.
