April 2018 Xbox Quests Not Updating

One of the requirements for this month is to add a certain number of friends. However, no matter how many friends I've added within the past week and a half, the pie chart doesn't update. Is there a specific note that I'm
missing ( needing to play with them, message them, etc. ) ?

April 2018 quests not updating.

I removed my profile did a hard reset (power cycle) where I unplugged the power cord for 30 seconds. I then logged back in and then did one more hard reset where I held the power button until it reset. I still haven't seen any updates for it on the tracker.
What is our next step?

To make sure we're on the same page & prevent you from trying any steps that you were previously given, were you told to try some other steps when you originally created a support ticket?

Also, have you tried a soft Factory Reset where you keep your games & apps?

It can sometimes take a bit for that page to update with recent progress - to clarify, how long has it been since the last time your

Quest Progress Page updated?

 

The last change was from a few days ago, and that was for achievements. The friends chart remains at 0%.

Do you see any difference in the progress for those if you clear the browser cache in the browser you're using, and sign in again fresh? Testing that page on another device could help us narrow this down as well.
