Spider Challenge 26 in April 10, 2017 Solitaire World Tour not working: once again, it won't let me move stacks of cards. I applied ALL solutions in your FAQ/support guide before posting this message as instructed, including reinstalling the game on my PC.

I don't hold out much hope of a reply, as I've posted this issue with Spider games in the past and received no response. Doesn't seem like much of a support forum.

The Spider games have this glitch far too often.

It's frustrating to receive no response to these posts from Microsoft and therefore no ability to fix the problem. Especially so when one is paying for the Premium Edition.

Spider expert version not working in Solitaire World Tour

Spider expert challenge #28 in latest Solitaire World Tour event isn't working. Cards frozen and won't move when stacked (red Jack and 10). It's the last challenge I have left. Can it be fixed without reloading the Solitaire app?

I find these glitches a lot in Spider --- many games in the star challenge section also don't work for this reason.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with Solitaire. First thing I tried was playing the Spider Solitaire challenge from April 10, 2017 and I was able to play through it without the stacks freezing.

I can see you mentioned that you've reinstalled the game which is a good first step to try. Do you have another Windows 10 device that you can sign into and try playing that specific challenge? Also is your current device connected to the internet wirelessly
or wired? Try the opposite of which you're currently using. Lastly, if you have access to an Android or iOS device, you can sign into your account there and try to play that daily challenge to see if it freezes or not. That'll help determine if it's an account
issue or not.

Let us know how all that goes!

Hi, this happens a lot with the Spider games. One shouldn't have to uninstall and reinstall the game every time, especially when paying for Premium Edition. So frustrating. It's affecting the April 10 Challenge 26 in the World Tour and has affected so many
Star Collection spider games. This shouldn't happen so often and there should be an easier fix.

I'm sorry to see any issues with the Spider games in the Daily Challenges! Which day are you doing this on so that I can test myself? Additionally, be sure to uninstall and reinstall the game on your PC or mobile device and try again.

I have the same issue and it does not appear to be an xbox issue, because I have tried accessing the event directly without going through xbox. Also the daily challenges are working fine going through xbox. So it must be an issue with accessibility to
the Solitaire World Tour Event. Please fix.
