    Hello Geovani,

    Sorry for the issue you are getting when installing apps. Do you get any error message when you try to install them? Try a

    power cycle     on the console then install. Let us know any additional information you may have.

    age of empires 4 keeps crashing

    since reinstalling it, i now see it in the start menu where it was not at before but not in installed appss in the control panel. the game is very unstable
