    I have an xbox 360 and some apps such as Netflix and Internet Explorer will not play. When I click Play Now a Game Error pops up that says The game couldn't start. I have done tried all of xbox support troubleshooting steps and it still is not fixed. Please
    Help!!!

    Hi John!

    If after installing Windows 10 again you signed in to the wrong account that doesn't own the game it will continue to prompt to purchase it again.

    I would like to have you verify that in the Microsoft store you're signed in to the account where the purchase for Minecraft Windows 10 edition was made.To check this go here: Sign in to your Microsoft account

    Hi,

    Sorry you are having a problem with using your apps.

    First, lets ensure that you don't have any corrupted files on the system. This can be determined if you go to Settings>System>Storage>Select you main storage device. Please visit each file and ensure that they don't have a yellow mark on them. If so, that
    means they were not downloaded completely or is a corrupted file. Please delete those from the system.

    Then, please go back to the storage menu where you can select your storage device and press (Y). You will then be given the option to clear system cache. Please do that three times to ensure the best performance from it.

    After you have done that, please restart your console and try again. If the issue still occurs, please delete and re-add the apps. Also, please test your Xbox Live connection to ensure you are not getting any errors, this can relate to performance issues
    with the apps you listed. This can be done by going to Settings>System>Network>Test Xbox Live connection.

    Sorry to hear it. Sounds like you may have either your console or your gamertag set for the US. If the console is set to the US then follow these steps to switch it to UK.

    Go to Settings>System>Console Settings>Language and Locale and change the Locale to United Kingdom.

    If that is not the issue then perhaps you accidentally set your gamertag up for the US. You can change the region of your gamertag back to UK by following the steps at this link

    I don't believe there is an app for any forums. Bungie.net, the Waypoint forums, and this forums are accessible through internet browsers. No apps for them. Not even sure if the mobile site of this is functional yet.
