Hi John!

If after installing Windows 10 again you signed in to the wrong account that doesn't own the game it will continue to prompt to purchase it again.

I would like to have you verify that in the Microsoft store you're signed in to the account where the purchase for Minecraft Windows 10 edition was made.To check this go here: Sign in to your Microsoft account

Hi Primal! Have you done a hard reset of your console? To do this, you will need to hold the power sensor on the console for 8-10 seconds, then wait for the power brick to turn orange. When that happens, unplug the power brick for 5-10 minutes, then plug
back in and start up. This clears the memory cache and essentially gives a "fresh start" to the console (this is a very common fix on other issues, too!)

Give that a try and let me know! If it doesn't work, my next suggestion would be to entirely remove the YouTube App and reinstall it.
