Apps won't update at all

    Apps won't update at all


    Help! For the past week or two all of my apps have been trying to update but have just been saying updating 0% all day. I finally managed to care enough to try and fix it today. I tried to restart the installation which didn't work, so then I tried uninstalling
    and reinstalling the apps, which was a mistake because they won't install at all now. I keep getting error code "0x80d0000a" which I tried putting into the error code checker. It says that it can't find any info on that code, of course. Does anyone have any
    insight or tips? I've already tried the usual restarting and reconnecting nonsense, so hopefully you have something that works. Thank you in advance!

    Apps won't update

    So I've been having issues with my Xbox not downloading apps and updates like it should. I've got my apps in the queue, but they stay at 0% with no progress. Is anyone else experiencing this?

    That is correct. It is solely the Netflix app. I was able to update 3 other apps and install a new game today all with no issues. And this is on all of my consoles. Only Netflix won't update for all of them.

    I'm not entirely sure as to how to fix this but you could try hard resetting your Xbox by holding the power button down for about 10 seconds and waiting a little bit to turn it back on.

    Is the Xbox iOS Application down for anyone else?

    I would suggest rebooting the phone to make sure the app closes all the way and reinstall the app.

    Also check to see if it needs an update - if you're behind on an update it won't let you log in most likely.
