Apps wont start.

Try restarting your console too factory settings by diing a factory reset.

soft factory reset. This will repair any corrupt OS files. Before doing the reset make sure you know the credentials for the profile/s on the console.

the problem is not with starting. the app starts just fine. it just wont load my original xbox avatar

I appreciate your efforts in trying to get it fixed. Let's see what we can do about that here.

First, be sure to install any available Windows updates and updates from the Microsoft Store.

Then try the commands below:
- Launch powershell in Administrator mode.
- Copy & paste each command then hit Enter:

1. Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted
2. Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Then restart the computer.

If that didn't work, try to perform a clean boot to investigate if some 3rd party services are causing the issue.
