Apps wont even start to install. Game do but not apps

Cant install any apps, tried hard reset. It's been a few days trying to install free app(amazon prime) the other apps dont install either. Been trying a few days.tnx

Hi Jor,

I would check out the Xbox Live Service Status page and make sure there are no ongoing issues with the service.

You could try doing a physical power cycle /reset and if the issue persists, consider a ‘soft’ reset
of your console to factory defaults. Make sure you choose the Reset and keep my games & apps. Any data not backed up or saved to the cloud will be lost.

Ya I cant install any apps. It wont even start to install, I can install games. Iv tried hard reboot its been a few days.

I have the same issue. The MCC app got stuck in a wierd "has Update" but wont update loop. Xbox app can't launch the game. So I uninstalled it and tried reinstalling it. The uninstall didn't free up the disk space, the reinstall wouldn't complete, just says
installing. I tried in MS Store app, the install doesn't even start downloading before it errors out with a "0x803FB107" error. Tried a number of things, not getting closer to a solution. The Outer Worlds wont even launch either...

for me the game wont even start i click play and it does nothing ive tried reinstalling it and even the xbox app ive done all the "resets" for the store and logging off and on and it wont start
