Apps won't download

Ever since trying to download updated Amazon instant app, my xbox one has had issues. I lost amazon as it simply doesn't install and stops seconds into the process with error code 0x80248014. Xbox support tried suggesting many things, updating, offline update.
I did a reset, being assured I'd lose nothing. But I lost the bluray app...and it won't install. Same error code. They told me to do a full reset...I was reluctant as I didn't want to lose any other apps. But upon doing that, couldn't reinstall Netflix. In
space of a week, lost amazon, bluray player and Netflix from my xbox. And support seem to have no idea. Anyone have similar problem?

It's not just Insider program. I was trying to download Sling for 33 minutes, and update Netflix for 5 minutes.

NONE of the program apps will download/update.

But all my games update just fine. :/

Yep, I’ve bought a new Xbox One S instead of old one for my 4K-tv and most of the apps won't install. Stops right at the beginning. Reset didn’t help.

For me it’s 0x80072f8f

Really annoying.

My console has updated and removed the Plex and EA Access Hub applications, now I can't download them, error 0x80072f8f. I did hard reset and full reset, nothing helps. Only Youtube and Media Player applications have downloaded, all other applications can't
be downloaded.

Hello Jacobhg10,

You may need to update your console. For example, if you see a “Download stopped” error, you may need to install an update before the download can complete.

To see if there’s an update available:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Updates.
If there are any updates, they’ll appear in the left menu. If not, you'll see "No console update available."

If there is no update needed, I would strongly suggest trying the troubleshooting steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear

Then select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If the issue persists, you can try soft resetting the Xbox again to see if it corrects the issue!
