    Apps such as Twitch, Channel 4 and others don't work.


    I have a brand new Xbox One and I have a 12 month subscription to Xbox Live Gold and I log on fine but when going to the store it doesn't show all the game cover images. I often use Twitch to watch Enviosity stream Super Mario Maker Live and when he is
    live I will click on it to watch him and it says he is offline when he isn't because it works on my laptop. I have reset it multiple times but nothing works... Any help?

    Video Apps - "An error has occurred, please try again later"

    Ive had this problem since i first bought the Xbox One, and i got it on Release Day!

    So its a problem that may only exist on Xbox One. (No longer got 360 to test)

    OK, So every single Video Application there is, when ever I try and watch a Program on the app or change channel on Live TV, i get the message "An error has occurred, please try again later".

    I know the Live Streaming in Apps such as Sky Player Works, as when I go on the App, the Live TV is on, I just cant Change the Channel



    Apps that has exact same error (word by word):

    - Sky Player

    - Netflix

    - BBC IPlayer

    - All 4

    - Demand 5

    Youtube and Twitch Work FIne!



    Ive Tried all the Troubleshoot Options Such as:

    1. Test Network Connections

    2. Clear Cache

    3. Delete Profile and Redownload

    4. Delete the Apps and Reinstall

    and any other I've been given from the site and online advisers



    So please Help with this, ive been really patient (2 years to be accurate)

    Twitch error code 0x00000003

    I had the same problem, but i did this.

    1. Tap the X-button and go to your recent Apps/Games

    2. Select the Twitch App and tap the Menu-button

    3. Select "Close App"

    4. Restart the Twitch App.

    5. Go watch your favourite Channels!

    It sounds like your Xbox One may be having some connection trouble. To check, can you share your detailed network statistics on the console? You can run through this

    Connection Troubleshooter     to make sure you have the required speeds for a consistent experience.

    Twitch keep crashing.

    Twitch works on my 360 and PC.

    I've also found 3 channels that don't crash on the xbox one

    twitch.tv/xbox

    twitch.tv/fragdolls

    twitch.tv/1337loungelive

    All of these channels are ad free when watching from the PC.

    When other channels crash on the xbox one, the timing of the crash seems to be about the same as timing that the ad would kick in on the PC. I suspect the crashes are related to the ads coming from Twitch's Canadian servers.

    I've unlocked a few achievements by simply viewing Twitch (although sadly none of these are worth any points), and unfortunately I don't engage with the platform as either a "user" or "subscriber" because this requires signing up with Twitch offsite. It's
    baffling, because there are plenty of other [viewer] settings, but not the most important one... *if* you want to post comments to User's channels.

    When a Twitch User is streaming, you can view other people's comments in a chat window, but the Twitch User can only reply to comments from other "users" or "subscribers". Sorry that I couldn't be more specific, but since Twitch is a free app, what's the
    harm in trying it out for yourself, Lei Fang?
