Apps on the Xbox one S host are not connected

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

If that fails, be sure to run the network test on the console, if all shows fine there you can consider removing your profile, restart the console and redownload your profile again. Keep in mind that this will require the account credentials.

It's not 343's or Bungie's fault. Black screening can be attributed only to the connections of the people in the game, dominantly the hosts. If the game chooses a host that has an unsuitable connection, that will happen. You'd have to blame Xbox Live as
a whole for being p2p if you want to blame someone.

Rewards app won't work for either the Xbox One S or the Xbox Series S trying multiple internet connections and DNS servers

Xbox Accessories app also do not work with Xbox One S controller connected via Bluetooth !!!

The Xbox 360 cannot connect to the Xbox app, only the Xbox One and Series X|S consoles can do that.
