Apps on my Xbox 1

Discus and support Apps on my Xbox 1 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Im having trouble running both Peacock and Disney+ on my xbox 1.     Apps on my Xbox 1


    Im having trouble running both Peacock and Disney+ on my xbox 1. I have reset both, i have deleted both and reinstalled both and they still dont work. Peacock just looks like its trying to load up but just doesnt and disney gives me error number 39. Any suggestions on how to fix these issues??

    Disney and Comcast are responsible for maintaining these apps. They only use Xbox Live dor authentication

    According to Disney troubleshooting it says error 39 means the movie cannot be played due to server error or restriction. You need to contact their support

    I had a problem with message icon indicating unread messages and the fix for me was to force stop on my xbox app on my mobile device and the restart the app. this fixed both the xbox 1 X and the xbox mobile app.
