apps not showing details

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are having difficulties with messaging and the Apps in your "My games and apps" section. We recommend starting off with a

power cycle. Please power off your console by holding the power button on your Xbox for about 10 seconds. After it turns off, unplug it from the wall outlet for 30 seconds - 1 minute. Let us know if this helps.

Thank you for the update. Do you have other profiles on your console by any chance? If so, does this issue come up with those accounts? If the issue only happens with your account, please remove your account from the Xbox. Afterwards, you can sign back in.
Please ensure that you know your email and password before removing your account so that you don't have any issues signing back in. Hope this helps.

Hi there,

as far as I know that currently is not possible, the name details are fetched from the Microsoft Accoun Name field and not somewhere else.

So every service/app that will get that information will show the same details.

Thanks @EvilBoris DX: Indeed my XB1 achievements only show up in detail on the new Smartglass app and the console itself.

Just looked in a bit more detail.

Though the app appears to be running, (shows in task bar etc.) I can't find it in task manager
